No partial payment will be accepted.  v) I will provide my child with learning materials such as mathematical sets, calculators, stationery, textbooks, etc., as required by the school.  vi) I will do my best to ensure that my child attends classes daily and punctually.  vii) I understand that habitual misconduct at school, including indiscipline, vandalism and breaking the school&#039;s code of conduct, may result in suspension or expulsion of my child.  viii) I will attend all parent meetings. Should I fail to attend such meetings, I will be bound by the resolutions passed by other parents and guardians.  ix) I will come to school when summoned in connection with matters pertaining to my child. My failure to attend such meetings may lead to the school taking whatever action may be necessary.  x) The school shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by my child at school or during school activities.  xi) I understand that if my child is absent from school for a period of 7 days without informing the school, he\/she may be de-enrolled without prior notice.  xii) I understand that in the event of a school trip or camp, I remain liable for school fee payment and any outstanding amounts.  REFUND PERIODS: \u2022 100% refundable two working days from the day of payment. \u2022 70% refundable within one week (7 working days) from the day of payment. \u2022 30% refundable within one week (7 working days) from the day of payment. \u2022 After one week \u2013 working days: NO REFUND.  By registration and enrolment at the school, students agree to pay fees in full. Enrolment is officially cancelled during the 100% refund period. After the refund period has expired, the 100% refund period is over. Withdrawal or cancellation occurs on the calendar day that withdrawal is requested either online or in person at school.
